Most of the process is handled remotely, and anyone who prefers can join showroom and manufacturer visits to choose things in person. Service is available in Spanish, Russian, English and French.

Photography, the guided video and the 360° tour are part of the job, not booked separately. They happen right after the setup, when the home is at its best, and that's what ends up in the listing.

No building work. Touch-ups, yes: paint retouching, a deep clean, light points and sockets, and anything that shows in a photo without touching the structure. If a wall needs knocking down, wiring needs changing, or it's a real renovation, that gets said plainly and referred elsewhere.
