Privacy policy
This site collects personal data at a single point: the contact form. There are no first-party cookies, no analytics, no advertising and no profiling. The Spanish version of this page is the legally authoritative one; this is a courtesy translation.
Who processes your data
The data controller is María Yudina, tax ID (NIF) 60273982K, operating under the trade name HOME STAGING by THE HOUSE CHARM. Full tax and address details are in the legal notice.

What data is collected and why
Only what you write in the form: name, email and, optionally, phone, location and the service you're interested in, plus the content of your message.
The only purpose is to reply to you and, if relevant, prepare a quote. Your data is not used to send you marketing communications, nor is it cross-referenced with any other source.
Legal basis
Your consent, given by ticking the box before submitting the form (Article 6.1.a GDPR). You can withdraw it at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before that.
How long it's kept
Messages are kept for as long as the conversation lasts and, if it turns into a job, for the periods required by tax and commercial regulations. If there's no job, they're deleted once no longer needed to reply to you.
Who else sees it
The form is processed by Netlify, the provider hosting this site, acting as data processor. Email is handled by Microsoft 365. Both offer adequate safeguards for international data transfers through the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
Beyond that, your data is not shared with anyone, except where legally required.
Cookies
This site does not set first-party or third-party cookies for analytics or advertising purposes. Netlify may use strictly technical cookies to protect against form abuse; these are exempt from the consent requirement.
The pages link to external profiles — Instagram, WhatsApp, LinkedIn and the Google Business listing — but do not load content from them, so those services receive nothing from you until you choose to click the link.
Your rights
You can request access to your data, its rectification, deletion, restriction of processing, portability, and object to processing. Write to maria@thehousecharm.com stating which right you want to exercise; we respond within a maximum of one month.
If you believe your data hasn't been handled correctly, you can file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
Minors
This site is not directed at anyone under 14, and does not knowingly collect their data.
Changes
If the site adds new tools — analytics, a chat, or embedded social media content — this policy will be updated before they go live.
